Shipping policy

For customers within Australia freight charges apply.

For customers outside of Australia, freight is quoted by UPS.  The freight charge covers the freight only. It is your responsibility to pay your Countries incoming taxes ie VAT, GST etc on arrival. For extra protection of paddles during transit, we recommend that you purchase a paddle bag so we can put the paddle into the padded bag, or another option being, buy two paddles to share the freight cost with a team mate. We can fit 2 paddles, without bags in the one box bubbled wrapped more securely.  Unsure about the size of the paddle bag, we will fit the paddle in the right size bag for you so just choose the colour of your choice.  All orders are generally dispatched within a day and our aim is to have them arrive to you within the week including to countries outside of Australia.  All paddles going overseas are flown.
